Sylvie Braitman, Berkeley, CA, Nov 21
Sylvie Braitman:
On NOVEMBER 21st, 7pm I'll be performing some amazing Cabaret Songs from the
Ghetto of Terezin. This repertoire in German, Czech and English
(translations/explanations provided) is witty, superbly clever and almost
unknown.
I'll be accompanied by Stuart Rabinowitsch on the piano.
This special lecture/performance is part of the Berkeley Rep Theater
lectures around their presentation of Brundibar (Kushner and Sendak version
of this children's opera performed in Terezin)
And it's FREE!
