The music of Kurt Weill, Arnold Schoenberg and Hanns Eisler showcases the freedom and brilliant experimentation that masked the sense of impending doom in Weimar Berlin. Denounced by Hitler as "degenerate" and forced into exile, such artists helped to bring Weimar modernity to the rest of the world. Includes vintage film footage and images.
