"Steven Greenman will perform Chen Gang and He Zhanhoa's 'Butterfly Lovers Violin Concerto' one of the most famous works of modern Chinese music. Based on an enduring Chinese love story about a pair of ill-fated lovers, this work embodies the same romantic and social impact for the Chinese as Romeo and Juliet does for western culture."
