The Quartette Barbette Saxophone Quartet is based in Portland, OR. Four well-tuned saxophones perform a broad range of musical styles encompassing jazz, ragtime, swing, early jazz, popular, tangos, rhythm and blues, blues, waltzes, classical and Jewish/Klezmer music. The Queen Esther Klezmer Trio plays my own klezmer compositions plus klezmer traditionals, and it's essentially based in Germany and Holland.
